Weeks are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in has to be from 5 to 7 p.m. and check-out by 10 a.m.
Cleaning is done before clients' arrival and shortly after their departure.
Fares don't include electricity costs (0,30 € per kw/h, inclusive of VAT).
In winter heating costs will be added as a flat rate.
Small pets will be welcome provided that they have everything they need for their permanence.
Booking deposits (400,00 €) can not be given back in case of cancellation.
